It just feels like super stupid happy time in America right now.

Those Guys Out There

Those guys were
supposed
to be out there
fixing the car,
tuning the engine,
changing the oil,
checking the plugs,
washing the windows.

But since they
didn't want
anyone to have
affordable healthcare

they lit the car on fire,
watched it explode
in the driveway,
sold the scrap
to a junkyard,
pissed on my dog,
and pocketed the cash
and then told me
I was fired.

"But, I hired you," I said.

"Whatever. Socialist."
