Dutch artist Rosa Verloop brings ordinary nylons to life. By stuffing, folding, pinning and stitching, she creates obscure human-like forms. With the use of red thread beneath nylon flesh, her sculptures embody a disturbing parallel to reality. Her anthropomorphic figures have a presence, as if they have lived a life, some appearing peaceful and all-knowing while others a more terrifying existence.
