...the blindness that binds us all.

FAITH_SLIDER-Josh-Saunders-photo.jpg

Faith47 uses symbolism, archetypal characters and animals to guide the viewer through the physical world, delving into the underlying layers of one’s existence. Her work reflects her early fascination with abandoned spaces, echoing her feeling of disillusionment in political structures and of the broken human condition. Forming parables that are hints at truths, she incorporates pagan odes to nature and prayers to reflect the blindness that binds us all.

Faith47 explores the semblance of the impermanence of life, recognizing the yearning of mankind to find spiritual safety within this great chaotic unknown. She paints shrines on broken landscapes, pointing quietly to our unfolding transcendental journey.
